NaijaHealth is software for running a hospital. It is not a clinical decision tool and nothing on this website is medical advice. Clinical judgement stays with the clinician. Nothing here should be used to diagnose, treat, or make a decision about any patient.
Guidance on regulation is general, not advice
We publish material about Nigerian healthcare regulation: the NHIA, the NDPA, the BHCPF, and state-level rules in Lagos, the FCT and Rivers among others. It is written to be accurate and it cites its sources, but it is general information rather than legal or regulatory advice for your facility.
Regulations change and are applied differently by different authorities. Before you act on anything published here, check the current position with the relevant regulator or your own adviser. Where a page carries a date, treat it as accurate as at that date.

We take care with what we publish and correct errors when we find them. We do not warrant that this site is complete, current, or error-free, and we may change it without notice.
The subscription is a separate agreement
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract begins because you read a page or ask for a quote. Using the NaijaHealth software, including during the trial, is governed by a separate written agreement covering the service, fees, data handling and liability. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement takes precedence for the service it covers.
Pricing shown or described on this site is indicative. A quote for your hospital is the price that applies.
Intellectual property
The content, layout and design of this site belong to BrainBoxIT Limited or its licensors. You may read it, and quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website, including lost profit, lost data, business interruption, or a regulatory outcome that did not go the way you expected. This site is provided as it is.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We link to regulators, standards bodies and published research because citing a source is better than asserting a fact. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection available to you under the mandatory law of the country where you live, including Nigeria.
