Now live, onboarding hospitals across Nigeria

The Complete
Hospital System
Built for Nigeria

NaijaHealth pulls your whole hospital into one place: patient records, appointments, lab results, pharmacy, the wards. It runs the way Nigerian hospitals actually run, not the way a foreign vendor imagines they do.

The Problem

Nigerian Hospitals Deserve Better Tools

Plenty of hospitals still run on paper and goodwill. It slows everyone down, and the patient is the one who feels it.

Paper Records Causing Delays

Files go missing or end up in the wrong drawer, and a leaking roof can finish the job. Staff burn hours hunting for a patient's history when they should be treating people.

No Centralized Patient Data

When every department keeps its own records, a doctor ends up deciding with half the story. That is how avoidable mistakes slip through.

Disconnected Lab, Pharmacy & Wards

Lab results read out over the phone. Prescriptions scrawled by hand. Bed counts kept on a whiteboard that is already out of date. When these do not line up, patients are the ones who pay.

Patients Have No Access to Their Records

Patients cannot see their own results or visit history. So they carry dog-eared paper copies, or just try to remember, when they move to another hospital.

What's Included

The tools that keep a hospital running

Patient Registration

One profile per patient holds their NHIA number, NIN, HMO details, blood group, genotype, and medical history. No more pulling three folders to piece together one patient.

Appointment Management

Book and move appointments across every department, and see them all in one place. SMS reminders and email alerts are built in, ready to switch on when you want them.

Electronic Medical Records

Digital patient records your staff can open from any device, if they have the right permission. That means no paper files going missing, and no two people writing up the same patient twice.

Lab Orders & Results

Order tests and follow each sample through the lab. When results are ready they go straight to the doctor who asked for them, and to the patient.

Inpatient Ward Management

See which beds are free, move patients between wards, and record nursing notes and vitals as you go. Discharges happen without the usual pile-up of paper.

Pharmacy Tracking

Follow a prescription from the doctor's order to the moment it is dispensed, and keep an eye on what is actually left on the shelf.

Patient Portal

Patients log in to see their records, book appointments, and check lab results. The portal works on any phone, tablet, or computer. A dedicated mobile app is on the way.

Role-Based Access Control

Decide exactly what each role can see and do, from admins and doctors to nurses, pharmacists, and receptionists. Every action is logged, so you always know who did what.

Getting Started

Up and running in three steps

1

We Set Up Your Hospital

We set up a demo just for your hospital, with your departments, your roles, and the way your team actually works. They try it on sample data first, so nothing real is at risk until you are ready.

2

Your Staff Logs In via SSO

Staff sign in once with Microsoft-backed single sign-on, and that gets them into every module. One login each. No sticky notes on the monitor, and no password shared around the ward.

3

Patients Connect Instantly

Patients open the portal, confirm who they are, and they are straight into their records, results, and appointments.

Average onboarding time: 2 to 4 weeks depending on hospital size.

Made for Nigeria

Made for Nigerian healthcare as it actually is

We didn't take a foreign system and bolt a few local fields onto it. We started with NHIA, NIN, Nigerian HMOs, and the reality of local networks, then built out from there.

NHIA & NIN Support

Capture an NHIA number and a National Identification Number on every patient record. The NIN is encrypted where it is stored.

HMO Provider Support

Keep each patient's HMO and policy number on file. Claims submission and authorisation codes are features we are building now.

Isolated Data Per Hospital

Each hospital gets its own separate database, so your patient data never sits alongside anyone else's.

Built for Nigerian Networks

Network drops for a minute? Your work is held and saved, then synced the moment you are back online. We built it knowing Nigerian connections are not always steady.
