NaijaHealth is a hospital management system built around how Nigerian hospitals are actually run: NHIA numbers and HMO details on the patient record, billing that understands both, and a portal patients can open on the phone they already have. Below is the full module list, including what is still in development.
The patient record
Everything else depends on one accurate record per patient. These modules build it and keep it current.
Patient Registration
One profile per patient holds their NHIA number, NIN, HMO details, blood group, genotype, and medical history. No more pulling three folders to piece together one patient.
Electronic Medical Records
Digital patient records your staff can open from any device, if they have the right permission. That means no paper files going missing, and no two people writing up the same patient twice.
Patient Portal
Patients log in to see their records, book appointments, and check lab results. The portal works on any phone, tablet, or computer. A dedicated mobile app is on the way.
The clinical day
What happens between a patient arriving and a patient leaving, across every department that touches them.
Appointment Management
Book and move appointments across every department, and see them all in one place. SMS reminders and email alerts are built in, ready to switch on when you want them.
Lab Orders & Results
Order tests and follow each sample through the lab. When results are ready they go straight to the doctor who asked for them, and to the patient.
Inpatient Ward Management
See which beds are free, move patients between wards, and record nursing notes and vitals as you go. Discharges happen without the usual pile-up of paper.
Pharmacy Tracking
Follow a prescription from the doctor's order to the moment it is dispensed, and keep an eye on what is actually left on the shelf.
Control and access
Who can see what, and the trail that shows who saw it.
Role-Based Access Control
Decide exactly what each role can see and do, from admins and doctors to nurses, pharmacists, and receptionists. Every action is logged, so you always know who did what.

NHIA claims submission
The system captures NHIA numbers, stores NINs encrypted, and holds HMO details on every patient. The billing module invoices across consultation, lab, pharmacy, ward and procedures. Full NHIA claims submission and NIN verification are still in development, and we would rather say so before a demo than after.
A dedicated mobile app
The patient portal works in any phone, tablet or computer browser today. A dedicated mobile app is on the way and is not shipped. If an app store listing is a requirement for you, that timing matters.
SMS reminders
Appointment reminders by SMS and email are built and ready to switch on. Message costs are billed by whichever provider you use, not by us.
What it costs
We quote rather than publish a rate, because the honest number depends on your bed count, your user count, and which modules you switch on. A vendor quoting before knowing those three things is guessing.
New hospitals get a three-month trial with onboarding and support included. Setup and staff training are part of getting you started rather than billed separately. Everything is in naira.
