What this notice covers

This notice covers the public marketing website at www.naijahealth.ng. It does not cover the NaijaHealth hospital management application itself, which is subject to a separate Data Processing Agreement with each contracting hospital.

What data we collect on this site

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with this marketing website. Clarity records aggregated behavioural data (page views, click patterns, scroll depth, session recordings) so we can improve page structure and usability. Clarity data is stored by Microsoft in accordance with its own privacy statement, and no personally identifying content typed into forms is captured.

Your hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) may also set a session-affinity cookie required for the website to function.

If you send us an email or fill in a contact form, we process the contact details you give us to reply. Data is retained only as long as needed to answer your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then deleted.

If you prefer to opt out of Clarity, most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” or ad-blocker option that blocks the Clarity script automatically.

Legal basis

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and, where applicable, UK GDPR: legitimate interest for responding to enquiries you initiate, and contract necessity for any subsequent commercial arrangement.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@naijahealth.ng and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the updated version replaces this page and the “Last updated” date at the top changes.
