🇳🇬 Our Story

Building the Future of
Nigerian Healthcare

We built NaijaHealth for one reason. Nigerian hospitals, and the people they treat, deserve software that was actually made for them.

Our Mission

Getting Nigerian Hospitals Off Paper

Our aim is simple: give every Nigerian hospital, whether it is a large teaching hospital or a 50-bed community clinic, health software that fits its budget and the way it already works.

Get the records right and let patients see their own data, and the daily grind eases up. Better care follows from there. That is the whole point of building this.

Our Story

Built From Firsthand Frustration

NaijaHealth started with months spent inside Nigerian hospitals. We watched administrators wrestle with paper registers, doctors flip through dog-eared files, and lab results arrive over WhatsApp.

The foreign systems were either too pricey, too fiddly, or they assumed an internet connection most facilities simply do not have. So we wrote our own, starting with NHIA, HMO integration, and the way Nigerian networks really behave.

NaijaHealth is built and backed by BrainboxIT Limited (Company No. 11703272), our parent company.

What We Stand For

Our Values

These aren’t posters on a wall. They’re the decisions we make every day.

Patient Privacy First

Every design choice starts with one question: does this keep patient data safe? We would rather answer that first than bolt it on later.

Built for Real Workflows

We spent months sitting in Nigerian hospitals before we wrote a line of code. The software bends to how your staff already work, instead of making them change.

Nigerian-First Design

NHIA, NIN, local HMOs, shaky networks: that is where we started. Most foreign systems treat these as an afterthought, if they handle them at all.

Security We Take Seriously

Separate databases per hospital, role-based access, audit trails, single sign-on. Serious security that was part of the plan, not patched in after a scare.
